I sent My Son, Jesus Christ, as a gift to you
I sent My Son, Jesus Christ, as a gift to you. He was born of a virgin in a lowly manger. I sent a dream to Joseph so that he would not reject Jesus or Mary but choose to be his earthly father. Mary too accepted the role of Jesus mother. His life was lived for many years quietly preparing for the purpose for which He was sent. At the perfect time, He was baptized, and I declared Him My Son. Jesus began His journey to the cross from that time on. Like so many of My prophets, He was not received in His own hometown where there was a lack of faith in Him. For many of My children who have chosen to fulfill their roles, the same has been their experience. The enemy sought to challenge My Son, but He remained faithful to His path and was not deterred. As you once again hear the Christmas story, know that I am very aware of the sacrifices that you have made to serve Me and complete your journey in the world. As I gave My Son as a gift to the world, I rejoice in the gift that you are to others. As you choose to be more like Jesus Christ, you shine a bright light on Him and bring Me honor and glory. Jesus was and is the light to the world and as He dwells within each of you and you choose to reflect Him, the world is touched and can draw closer to Me. Jesus Christ given to the world is My expression of love to the world. Just like with gifts that are given, some will receive them and delight and rejoice in them while others will open them, look at them, and quickly put them off to the side not recognizing the value or the love that they represent. What will you choose to do with the gift of My Son, Jesus Christ this Christmas? Will you receive Him and all that will mean in your life? If you do receive Him, will you allow Him to change you to be more like Him? Jesus came to be your Savior, your healer, your defender, your provider, and your deliverer. Allow Him to be all these things to you so that you experience the fullness of My love for you. Some of you have head knowledge of Me, but I want you to have heart and spirit knowledge of Me, and the extent to which I want to have a relationship with you. I sacrificed My own beloved son so that I could have in you many sons and daughters.
